1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PersonalSongMaker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PersonalSongMaker provides a service to create personalized songs based on customer specifications. Our team will compose and produce a unique song incorporating the details you provide about the recipient and occasion.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Payment is required in full before production begins
• We accept payment through Stripe, a secure payment processor
• Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes
• All sales are final once production has begun

4. Production Timeline

Standard songs are typically completed within 3-5 business days. Premium songs may take 5-7 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to meet these timelines, but PersonalSongMaker is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Delivery

Your completed song will be delivered via email to the address provided in your order. You will be able to download the song file for personal use.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to use the personalized song for personal, non-commercial purposes. PersonalSongMaker retains ownership of the composition and production. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the song without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PersonalSongMaker is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the service and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

8. Refunds and Changes

Refunds are available only if the service has not yet begun production. Once production has started, the order is non-refundable. Limited revisions are available for standard and premium orders. Additional requests beyond the included revision may incur additional fees.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use PersonalSongMaker for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Requesting content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• Attempting to breach our security or systems

10. Changes to Terms

PersonalSongMaker reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
